4. Purchases and Payments

1. All purchases made through this Site are subject to our payment terms: 
   • 100% payment must be made upfront before production  or delivery of any product or service.
   • Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, credit card, and bank transfer.

             2. Prices listed on the Site are in United States dollar  (USD, US$) or Trinidad and Tobago dollar (TTD, TT$) unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

1. Refunds will only be processed in cases where: 
   • A product or service was not delivered as promised.
   • A cancellation request is made within 7 days.

            2. Customized items (e.g., personalized apparel or tailored courses) are non-refundable once production begins.

            3. For digital products (e.g., online courses), access cannot be revoked once granted. Therefore, refunds for such products are limited.

6. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

1. Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content.
2. Engage in activities that disrupt or damage the Site’s functionality.
